Sandmeyer hub-less plate flanges provide significant savings in piping system installations and are widely accepted in chemical, food and beverage, marine, oil and gas production and refining, pharmaceutical and biotechnology, power generation, pulp and paper, renewable fuels, semiconductor, textile and water treatment industries.
In addition to the commodity stainless grades 304, 304H, 304L, 316 and 316L we can provide flanges from our 18 million pound stainless steel and nickel alloy plate inventory. Specialty stainless steel plate flanges are also available in grades 303, 304CO, 304EZ/304LEZ, 309S, 310S, 316EZ/316LEZ, 317L, 317LMN, 321/321H, 347/347H, 410, 410S, 17-4PH, LDX2101, 2205, 2304, 2507, 904L and SSC-6MO. They are also available in high performance nickel alloys including 330, 400, 400AR, 600, 625, 800H, 800HT, 825, Invar 36 and C276.
We can easily accommodate reducing flanges, non-standard sizes, or unusual drilling configurations. Sandmeyer rolled and welded rings, produced from plate, code-welded, machined, and drilled can offer additional savings for large diameter flange users.
